Return and Refund Policy

At Cheshire Abstracts, customer satisfaction is a priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be returned in its original condition, undamaged, and securely packaged.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or faulty upon receipt.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@cheshireabstracts.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Custom or commissioned artwork.
Items marked as "final sale."

Refunds

Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:

Returned items are received in their original condition.
Damaged or faulty items are reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like to replace an item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@cheshireabstracts.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will provide a replacement or refund based on the circumstances.
